U15-U16 (Cash at the Field)

Cancellations-

Before your leave your house on a bad weather day, check the website, email or cell phone to see if your game has been canceled or is still on.  Once you are assigned to a game on the website, if the game is canceled, the website will cancel the game off your schedule, send you an email, and will send you a text message (if you are signed up to get text messages.)  Also, it will be posted on the main page of the MUSC website.  FYI - Games at the turf will not be canceled.

If a game is canceled 2 or more hours before kick-off, you will NOT be paid for the game.

If a game is canceled within 2 hours before kick-off, you will receive half pay.

If you or the league cancels the game at the field, you will receive full pay.

W9 Tax Forms-

All referees who make $600.00 or more in a calendar year MUST submit a completed W9.  Payments that bring a referee to the $600 will not be made until a completed W9 form is received by the treasurer. Please visit the link below,  please print and fill out the form and mail to:
